When you choose CTI to manage your tire program, we will perform an initial Fleet Survey and then schedule routine inspections that will address the six most critical factors affecting tire life today.  Our certified professionals will check for the following:

1. Low Air Pressure -  Low air pressure is when a tire is more than 7 psi under recommended psi.  A tire 205 or more below recommended psi is considered FLAT. Low air pressure reults ina cost of $15 - $25.

2. Valve Caps - Valve caps are required on all stems.  Use "Alligator" flow-through caps.  Missing valve cap can result in a cost of $5 - $15.

3. Dual Mismatch Air Pressure - Air pressure on dual assemblies must be within 10 psi.  Mismatch duals can result in cost of $15 - $25.

4. Dual Mismatch Tread Depth - Tread depth of tire in dual must be within 4/32nds.  Mismatch tread depth can result in a cost of $15 - $25.

5. Over-Inflation - High air pressure is when a tire is greater than 10 psi over recommended "cold" pressure.  Over inflation can result in a cost of $15 - $25.

6. Irregular wear & Sidewall Scuffing - Irregular wear can cost from $15 - $25 to over 50% of the new tire price in lost tread wear from irregular tread wear of severe scuffing.
